Researching Your Letter
Your letter will be more convincing if it is based on fact as
well as opinion.
You will need to include information about certain games as
well as stories about incidents that have been linked to video
games.
You can use information from newspapers and interviews with
people but your main source is likely to be the internet.
You will have to download a template that you will use to document
your research. See the link below.
Include the URLs (addresses) of any websites used and the basic
outline of the information on the page. You can include sites
that you later leave out of your final letter - this is only
the research stage.
You will also need to indicate whether or not you think the
information is biased, or subjective. In other words, is it putting
across an opinon or is it factual and objective?
